In celebration of Batman’s 85th anniversary, Mattel has announced new Harley Quinn and Barbie Signature dolls. The Gotham City femme fatale-themed Barbie dolls are now available at Mattel Shop and Mattel Creations.
Per Mattel, the Harley and Ivy dolls cost $55 each. The Harley Quinn Barbie has mismatched black and red elbow and knee pads, giving her a rough-and-tumble look to match her superhuman acrobatic abilities. The doll also has a choker, earrings, and a studded belt. Poison Ivy is in full toxic venom mode, with organically inspired touches contrasting with her flowing red hair. The leaf-themed crown and earrings complete the plant-like look for the Ivy Barbie doll, which also sports a forearm crossbow.

Mattel’s Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy Barbie doll descriptions read, “Meet the Queen of Green from Gotham City, Poison Ivy. Part woman, part plant, her hybrid DNA shows in every detail of our doll, from her vibrant chlorophyll-colored skin to her verdant eyes. But don’t be fooled by her natural beauty—with a wrist-mounted crossbow and ferocious Venus flytrap, she’s ready to defend the environment at all times.”
“Knock knock! It’s the Clown Princess of Crime, Harley Quinn. The punchline is she’s got her mallet with her, and she’s ready to bust in wherever she pleases. With bouncy pigtails, a black-and-red outfit, and a mischievous grin, our doll brings together the modern and classic looks of the beloved baddie. Couldja ask for anything more, puddin’?”
