The demon known as Bagra-ghul was introduced in 2023’s Ghost Rider/Wolverine: Weapons of Vengeance #1 by Benjamin Percy and Geoff Shaw. Created by Mephisto, Bagra-ghul’s sole purpose was to develop and master new forms of death and destruction. Eventually, he found a fitting host in the form of the young Bram Straud, whose parents raised him to be the perfect living vessel for their infernal master, Mephisto.
Although Bram was a fitting host for the demon in question, he wasn’t the most willing Bagra-ghul could have found. When approached by the clandestine Hellfire Program’s Father Pike, he had to force Bram to join their ranks. Not long after, the Hellfire Program’s operations drew the attention of Wolverine and the Ghost Rider, the former of whom would fall victim to the demon by becoming Bagra-Ghul’s next host.
Spider-Man Just Defeated His Worst Enemy for the Very Last Time
Spider-Man finally finishes off one of his worst enemies of all time — and now he has to pick up the pieces left in the Green Goblin’s wake.
Wovlerine’s son, Akihiro, formerly known as Daken, has been a part of the Marvel Universe for the better part of the past two decades. Akihiro made his first full appearance in the pages of 2007’s Wolverine: Origins #10 by Daniel Way and Steve Dillon. In the years that followed, he and Wolverine shared a tense relationship, to say the least, with the two often standing on opposite sides of any given battlefield. As time went on, the bad blood between them receded, and the two were able to reconcile their differences. Akihiro tragically lost his life at the hands of Sabretooth barely a year before his return.

Wolverine
Wolverine first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #180, where he battled the Jade Giant to a standstill, before joining Marvel’s X-Men in 1975. Since then, the short-tempered berserker with unbreakable claws has proven himself as one of Marvel’s most popular characters. The mutant hero was also the backbone of the X-Men film franchise, which ran from 2000 to 2020, and critics consider his solo film, Logan, one of the best superhero movies ever made.
Known as an unstoppable tank who can cut through anything, Wolverine isn’t technically one of Marvel’s most powerful heroes but he’s one of the deadliest characters on their roster. Even villains like Magneto and the Juggernaut have learned to be wary of Wolverine’s claws.
