CBR has an exclusive first look at the three stories included in Marvel’s Ghost Rider: Robbie Reyes Special #1. The issue sees the first-ever appearance of Fantasma, an all-new Ghost Rider created by Luciano Vecchio.

Ghost Rider: Robbie Reyes Special #1 is written and drawn by both Marvel’s acclaimed talent and its rising stars, including the return of Felipe Smith, the co-creator of Robbie Reyes. The special includes three new tales that show how far Reyes has come since his debut 10 years ago in All-New Ghost Rider #1. ‘Ofrenda’ explores Robbie Reyes’ journey following the conclusion of Jason Aaron’s run of Avengers, when the character made a heroic sacrifice that stranded him in the God Quarry. The second story, ‘Of Wolves and Sheep’, sees Robbie unleash his full power against an interdimensional enemy, while the last tale, ‘A Fantasmic Roller Derby Adventure’, marks the debut of Fantasma when all hell breaks loose at the roller derby rink. CBR’s exclusive first look at the three stories shows Captain America arriving on the scene after a fire breaks out in ‘Ofrenda’, while a page from ‘Of Wolves and Sheep’ shows Ghost Rider racing against his interdimensional enemy. Ghost Rider Special Celebrates Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month

Marvel’s Ghost Rider: Robbie Reyes Special #1 will be released to celebrate Hispanic & Latin American Heritage Month as the publisher puts the spotlight on the trailblazing Spirit of Vengeance. The one-shot comic is the latest installment in the Marvel’s Voices line, and it will highlight Hispanic and Latin American creators and cultures.

Marvel also recently announced another title in the Voices lineup starring breakout What If…? star Kahhori as she makes her comics debut. Kahhori: Reshaper of Worlds releases in November and puts the spotlight on Indigenous creators as they tell Kahhori’s tale and introduce her to the main Marvel Comics universe.
