Green Lantern fans are still busy celebrating the numerous ring-wielders entering the DCU, but they’ve already got more to look forward to, this time in the comic book realm. As part of its ongoing All In initiative, DC Comics has officially announced Green Lantern Corps #1, promising a “cosmos-spanning adventure” serving as the latest entry point for new and old readers to jump into the world of Green Lantern.
Green Lantern Corps #1 follows the events of Green Lantern, Green Lantern Civil Corps Special, and the upcoming Green Lantern: Fractured Spectrum, arc. In a moment of synergy between DC’s comics and screen continuities, Corps will feature Hal Jordan and John Stewart as its leads. HBO’s highly anticipated Lanterns series also focuses on the characters, with Kyle Chandler portraying Jordan alongside Aaron Pierre’s Stewart.
