The following contains major spoilers for Absolute Power #4, on sale now from DC Comics.
DC’s Absolute Power is finally over and Amanda Waller lost everything she ever held over the world’s heroes and villains.
Absolute Power #4 marks the final stand in the war against Amanda Waller and her army of superpowered Amazo androids. Unsurprisingly, the heroes of the world are more than capable of turning the tide of battle and reclaiming their powers, but that alone isn’t enough to ensure Waller doesn’t become a problem again. To that end, Dreamer takes it upon herself to scrub Waller’s memories of any and every detail or piece of information she ever gathered regarding the heroes and villains who stood against her, and there is little to no hope of them ever coming back.
The Titans Just Became DC’s Infinity Stones
The Titans become DC’s very own Infinity Stones, and, now, they have the chance to push back against one of their most dangerous enemies.

An original creation of Robert Rovner and Jessica Queller for The CW’s Supergirl television series, Nia Nal, better known as Dreamer, first appeared in her original incarnation as portrayed by star and DC Comicswriter Nicole Maines on the 2018 episode entitled “American Alien.” The character was largely inspired by Nura Nal, the classic Legion of Super-Heroes member best known as Dream Girl. Like Dream Girl before her, the Dreamer of The CW’s Arrowverse wielded precognitive abilities. Additionally, she could use her powers to construct energy-based force fields and command electricity.
The Dreamer of the current DC Comics continuity first appeared in the pages of DC Pride 2022 #1 in Devin Grayson and Nick Robles’ opening entry, “Superman: Super Pride.” This Nia Nal was born to a Naltorian mother and human father, who raised her in the secret town inhabited by alien refugees known as Parthas. From her home just outside of Metropolis, Nia watched Superman rise against various threats, inspiring her to take up a heroic mantle of her own.
An Underrated DC Icon Becomes the Multiverse’s Most Important Hero
One of the greatest heroes of a long-lost universe is now the most important figure in the entire DC Universe.
Dreamer was forced to help Amanda Waller in her war against the heroes of the world after being blackmailed with Parthas’ existence as a whole. In turn, Dreamer became the central member of Waller’s Dream Team, an incarnation of the Suicide Squad sent through the Dream Realm in a clandestine attempt to keep Gamorran resources out of opposing hands. Though Dreamer took the mission as an opportunity to strike back against Waller, she was unable to make any real headway in that regard at the time.
