Beetlejuice Teams Up With Batman, Wonder Woman and More

DC Comics and Warner Bros Pictures will celebrate the upcoming release of Beetlejuice Beetlejuice with special variant covers that show DC’s superheroes teaming up with the titular ghoul. The special variant covers will be released throughout August and September to coincide with the new film.
The title lineup for the Beetlejuice crossover variant covers includes Gotham City Sirens #2, House of Secrets #92 (2024 Facsimile Edition), Nightwing #117, Superman #17, Wonder Woman #12, and Batman #152. The covers show Beetlejuice teaming up with some of the DC Universe’s most legendary characters from their respective stories, including The Dark Knight, Harley Quinn, Swamp Thing, Nightwing, Superman and Wonder Woman. The variant covers are available for pre-order now at participating comic stores.

Each of the six different covers shows Beetlejuice causing chaos in the DC Universe in his signature style, and even playfully asking Superman if he and Lois are “still an item”. The Beetlejuice Beetlejuice variant cover for House of Secrets #92’s facsimile edition recreates the original cover — which marked the first appearance of Swamp Thing — but now with Beetlejuice brushing his hair instead of Linda Olsen Ridge.
Michael Keaton Returns for Long-Awaited Beetlejuice Sequel
The new variant covers celebrate the long-awaited sequel to Tim Burton’s award-winning Beetlejuice film from 1988. Michael Keaton will reprise his role as the titular poltergeist alongside Stranger Things star Winona Ryder as Lydia Deetz and Schitt’s Creek star Catherine O’Hara as Delia Deetz.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will hit theaters and IMAX screens on Sept. 6 in North America.
