The user or client can request information about our services and subscriptions and book a free call through the forms available on the website or can request information through our contact information. Our support team will be attentive and available to answer your questions and concerns.

ShopComicBros.com may cancel any service and may change or discontinue the availability of services at any time at its sole discretion. The price of the services will be determined by the services contracted by the client.

6. MEMBERSHIPS

ShopComicBros.com offers monthly billing memberships for Mystery Box Subscriptions. Please verify the information and features of each membership before placing an order. When a user purchases a membership, ShopComicBros.com will send a confirmation email with the invoice for the purchase. This confirmation email will be produced automatically so that the user has confirmation of payment, an invoice for the purchase, and notification of the start of the membership. If the user does not receive the confirmation email, it may have been sent to their spam folder.

ShopComicBros.com may change or discontinue the availability of memberships at any time at its sole discretion. If a membership purchase is canceled, the payment made for the membership will be refunded in the applicable billing period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Memberships include automatic recurring payments. You authorize ShopComicBros.com to renew your membership and to charge you periodically and progressively on each billing date. The membership billing date is the date on which you purchase the membership and make the first payment. On the corresponding billing date, you will automatically be charged the corresponding membership fee. The membership will remain active until you cancel it or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews to avoid the next billing period. We will bill you for the membership billing fee in the payment method you choose during registration and membership purchase.

Memberships will automatically renew for an additional period unless canceled prior to the next billing period. To cancel memberships, users must submit a cancellation request through our contact information and the membership will be canceled for the next billing period. Also, all subscription payments can be managed on the My Account page and via your PayPal account’s reoccuring payments. If a membership is canceled, the user may continue to use the membership until the next billing period. The membership will be canceled until the end of the billing period.

7. PAYMENTS

Memberships can be paid through the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (PayPal)

 

The membership payment will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately upon completion of the membership payment and registration process. The membership will be activated upon completion of the payment and registration process and will be charged on each billing date automatically. Once the transaction is processed, we will send an electronic receipt to the user’s email address.

If you find any inconsistencies in your billing, please contact us via our contact details or you can make a complaint via the customer service of the relevant payment platform.

If your card is declined, you will receive an error message. No payment will be charged to your card and no order will be processed. There may be a pending transaction on your account until your card-issuing bank withdraws the authorization. This usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Your card may be declined for a number of reasons, such as insufficient funds, AVS (Address Verification System) mismatch or you have entered an incorrect security code.

If your payment is declined, you will need to provide an alternative payment method or provide another card on which the payment can be charged and processed.

Your payment information will be processed and stored securely and for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of memberships. ShopComicBros.com reserves the right to contact any payment platform available on the market, which treats your data for the sole purpose of processing the purchase of memberships.

By purchasing ShopComicBros.com memberships, you agree that ShopComicBros.com does not guarantee any profit results, success, or failure of the services provided by ShopComicBros.com. ShopComicBros.com is not responsible for any losses or benefits that may be suffered or obtained by our clients that are directly or directly related to the provision of our services. The client acknowledges that the ultimate success or failure of the services provided by ShopComicBros.com will be the result of each client’s particular situation, beyond the control of ShopComicBros.com.
